"I want to believe deep in your heart that you are capable of achieving anything you put your mind to, that you will never, you either win or learn just go forth and aim for the skies"
Went to SM Center Angono in Rizal since we reside near the area (Binangonan, Rizal). We ate at King Bee Chinese Restaurant. I love authentic Chinese Food and its been a while since we dined in one. My first impression was it was a typical Chinese restaurant were you have your table and chairs, spacious and clean. You'd be able to notice that it was newly opened because of the clean walls and oddly smell of paint, oddly because it wasn't really bothersome while eating but you know its paint? (lol)
Our orders :
Deep Fried Squid with Salt and Pepper - P280.00 Just how my dad likes it! Crispy batter, soft and tender in the inside. The seasoning was not too over powering! There were garnish of spice toppings that we had to set aside since we were not really into too spicy and too salty food
King Bee House Specialty Roast Chicken - P260.00 (Half) This is also a must- try most especially for the whole family to share with.
Sweet and Sour Pork - P280.00 For me this was one of the best sweet and sour pork dishes I have ever tasted. It is to die, compared to any other Restaurants that offers the same dish , you can align this with any other restos. Fried into golden brown perfection, when you take a look at it, the amount of veggies and pineapple did not over power the dish. It did highlight the pork/meat itself and all other things just complimented the meat.
Lechon Macau - P300.00 - Not your normal pork dish! Lechon Macau, one of the most ordered dishes. Meat was tender and seasoned very well. Oh and talk about that thin layer of heavenly crispy skin. still takes me crave it!
Pancit Canton - P230.00 - Mom's and my nephew's favorite of all time. Never miss out on ordering any fried noodles in any Chinese Restaurant you may visit. Its the "a must menu" here in the philippines. I was saucy, and the colorful vegetables that satisfied our bellies. The taste may be bland for others but our family is not really into salty food so this tasted good. With the affordable price and the amount of meat in it! ITS A YES FOR ME!
Yangchow fried rice - P220.00 - Lastly of course never forget the rice! Fried, yellowish in color because of the yolk, with shrimps, green onions, I believe they threw in some chorizo in there and seasonings. It was a regular friend rice that could easily make you full.
After lunch we went to Snow Panda for deserts and more. Bingsu also known as “bingsoo” or “patbingsu” is a well known cold dessert in Korea. It is basically shaved ice topped with beans, rice cakes, condensed milk, chocolate powder and pretty much every ingredient that you can think of similar to our Filipino Version which is Halo-halo. They also offer bubble cup bingsu and authentic korean snacks such as topokki and kimbap. in some branch I think they offer toasts, waffles and sushi but for Angono branch we don't have those.
Panda Kimbap - P120.00
Sinjeon Topokki - P180.00
Choco Bingsu - P280.00
Blueberry Bingsu - P280.00
Injeolme Cheese - P270.00
So there you have it guys, just a simple lunch with the family and bonding time. Thank you so much for reading my page!
LOVE,
